As KNU Copenhagen is in a very volatile market, we cannot guarantee the price for an order. We update our prices daily to make sure the customer gets the best price in the market. It is very unusual that we cannot fulfill an order but may happen in rare occasions. KNU Copenhagen make certain reservations for price changes, typographical errors and sold out items. When ordering sizes between 35.5 and 40, they are typically GS meaning they are girls' sizes.

Delivery:

We offer delivery with DHL, UPS, GLS, or Postnord, with or without delivery options.All orders are shipped as packages, and you will receive a "Track and Trace" link once the package has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 15 days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier delays.

Right of withdrawal, return and selling to us:

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at KNU Copenhagen.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item or gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel your purchase. This message must be given by email to: contact@KNU.dk. In this message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

It is not possible to regret by simply refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice of this.

When you return to KNU Copenhagen, your order must be returned to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

It is you who must bear the costs in connection with the return of the item. When selling to us we take care of the shipping label but not the risk. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item / from the time you ship to us. We recommend that orders to be returned are sent with “Track and Trace”, we do not take responsibility for orders / products that break, disappear in any other way or are stolen during shipping to us, as this is not in our hands.

Condition of the product / item using the right of return:

As a consumer, you are liable for any deterioration in the value and condition of the product, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine: the product’s nature, properties and fit.

Shoe box:

The original shoe box is a very important part of the product that you have received and has a great value for many customers. If you return and / or want to exchange the product, please take your reservations so that we do not receive the damaged shoe box, as otherwise we can not approve the return.

Once we have received your return and the above criteria have been met, the return will be processed. You will then receive an email and the funds will be refunded to the means of payment that was used at the time of purchase of the item.
Your refund will consist of the entire purchase price excluding delivery.

Refund of the purchase amount:

If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received from you once we have received the order and inspected it.

As we at KNU Copenhagen sell unique products that are not available on the general market, and are in different condition due to age, storage and other things, the durability of these can not be guaranteed.

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.
